Most gasolines have a limited amount of fuel/combustion/intake cleaner in them as part of the additive package. To increase it in a reasonable proportion is OK. but don't use a jar for a 25 gal tank on a cycle. It will loosen every bit of crud in the tank and it could end up plugging carb passages. I'd clean the system manually first - pull the tank, clean it out, clean the filter strainer, clean the carb and then start with clean fresh quality fuel. It should stay clean after that if used year round, if stored used sta-bil or = when storing for winter.
